The goal was to translate a real estate launch into a clear, confident story that could live beyond the event itself. The recap needed to feel premium and forward-looking while showing both the vision behind the project and the tangible experience on site
We kept the film structured and purposeful. We followed the natural rhythm of the event—starting with the formal announcement, then moving into the on-site visit—so viewers could clearly understand both the vision and the opportunity. By focusing on clean visuals, controlled pacing, and key moments rather than coverage for coverage’s sake, the recap stayed concise, premium, and effective as a sales and awareness tool.
The recap gave Groupe Investiir a polished, social-ready asset that clearly communicated the launch and momentum of Phase 5.
