Covering Race Across Quebec meant operating inside a four-day endurance race without letting the coverage feel chaotic.
Each day required a clean overnight highlight film, delivered within hours, while simultaneously building toward a longer documentary capable of representing the race’s scale, legitimacy, and emotional intensity.
From pre-production, the race was treated as one continuous story rather than four isolated days. A consistent visual language and editing rhythm were locked in early, allowing every recap to feel cohesive and intentional.
The approach remained restrained and focused. Only essential moments were kept. Space was allowed for tension and atmosphere to breathe. The result preserved the seriousness of the event while still feeling immediate and alive.
Race Across Québec maintained a strong, official visual presence throughout the event and beyond. The daily films helped double their follower count over four days, while the final documentary reinforced the race as an established, credible event - encouraging athlete return and long-term partner alignment.
