Solo mandate to produce four high-end recap reels for RAQ 2026's multi-day race, each due on a tight overnight turnaround for next-day posting. Beyond the four distances covered (1000 / 500 / 300 / 200 km) across five days, the real challenge was logistics: reaching a constantly moving field of athletes across an unmarked course with minimal sleep and travel windows.

Met with the marketing and content team ahead of the event to align on content needs and lock the creative direction — the team gave full creative freedom on the reel style. Coordinated closely with the event photographer on transportation and sleep logistics, sharing a van, prepping food in advance, and sleeping roadside. Mapped key vantage points ahead of time and used the race's live tracking system to intercept participants at the right place and time, making it possible to shoot, edit, and deliver a polished reel overnight, every night, for five straight days.
RAQ's event posts drew roughly 800,000 views over 10 days, with the account gaining around 700 new followers during the event. Feedback on the content and media coverage was strongly positive — both online and from participants and spectators in person.
